STP HeatShield works as a sound insulator and as a cover (designed for the long-term preservation of vehicle engine heat, and for the reduction of the engine noise) for your car’s hood. STP HeatShield may be used during any season.

In winter (at a temperature lower than 0°C), STP HeatShield is installed in the underhood space and covers the engine. In summer (at temperatures higher than 0°C) it is installed in the hood on the side of the engine with the help of the included fasteners.
